What is design for Print?

Last year I got a copy of the 'Print Handbook' I knew it would come in handy one day..

It's a great tool and has loads of relevant information and each page even tells you what stock it's printed on and what finishes it has. Decided to take a look at the website and it has loads of useful resources..

 

Found out loads of information just from reading up about stuff on site. It's given me a much better understanding about printing as well as understanding what It's like at the printers.
